We aim to take a blended approach to learning and development where possible, recognising that people learn in different ways and may have preferred learning styles.

There are a range of learning opportunities available, including on-the-job training, job shadowing, classroom-based training, e-learning and webinars which can be accessed through the Fusion Learn platform.
