IMPROVe

Welcome to IMPROVe the council’s electronic performance management and planning system.

Each year the council sets out planned activities for the year and sets targets to ensure we strive to continually improve. IMPROVe is used to keep track of the council’s performance during the year against our planned targets and to monitor our improvement activity. The information is then reported to management teams, elected members, and the public.

IMPROVe is also used in some resources to connect you to their main business systems to generate operational management reports, that monitor overall performance and officer reports to help them with day-to-day tasks.
