For repairs already reported or if a tradesperson/inspector has visited, please select "Ongoing repair" on the online form and specify the property area.

Use this form to:

• provide further information on an existing repair
• request an update on an existing repair
• report a new repair for a tenant who moved in within the last 4 weeks

You must tell us as much detail as possible so that we can allocate your enquiry/repair to the correct team. Incomplete information or using the wrong form may delay processing or result in your form being returned.
