Report an emergency repair
If there's a danger to life or property, phone us right away using the numbers on this page.
We prioritise homes affected by fire or flood, or where someone elderly, frail, or a baby under the age of one lives.
Emergency examples include:
- smell of gas (call National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 immediately)
- burst pipes or serious water leaks
- no electricity, heating or hot water
- fire damage
- blocked toilets or drains causing flooding
- smashed windows or insecure external doors
- dangerous electrics
- smoke or heat alarm sounding
- lost or broken keys are preventing access
