Housing Officer fieldwork forms
These forms are to request services from Waste, Grounds and Pest Control Service for an individual address, area or lock-up. Do not email or phone the CSC Land Team or Waste, Grounds and Arbor officers direct with enquires. Fieldwork forms must be used for all enquires.
You must tell us as much detail as possible so that we can allocate your enquiry to the correct team. Failure to provide detailed information may delay the processing of your enquiry/request.
Channel shifting our customers to self-serve
When customers are phoning to request the following services, you should direct them to our website wherever possible so they can:
- order a recycling bin
- report a damaged recycling bin (not a general waste bin, they still have to phone for that)
- request a bulk uplift
- consider if it's tree work the council will or will not do
With the new fieldwork forms, Housing Officers will now be able to:
- order a bin
- request that a bin be emptied or removed
- report a damaged bin
- request the removal of items/clearance
- request a litter pick, the removal of fly tipping/dog fouling
- request pest control treatment or advice
- request the removal of graffiti
- request tree assessment/remedial work (for trees on council owned land)
If you have a tree associated emergency, where you believe there is immediate danger or threat to life, telephone Land Services on 0303 123 1020.
For tree associated requests, read our tree information pages for what works the Arboriculture team will/won’t do before you make your request.
Waste and grounds services do not deal with:
- abandoned cars - there is an online form available for this on the council website - abandoned cars reporting form
- fly tipping/litter picking/clearances on private land
