Digital team

The Digital Team is responsible for the council's presence on the web and social media as well as internally on the Intranet, including the following:

• creating and managing online content
• advising on online customer journeys
• user experience testing for online processes
• training on writing for the mobile web
• managing the council's social media accounts and training other staff with responsibility for social media
• producing film and animation for the Council's YouTube channel, training and across our social media accounts
• providing customer insight for campaigns
• providing analytics on the website, intranet and social media
• promoting Digital First and channel shift
