e-Procurement

eProcurement is where an employee can order an item or service electronically over the intranet or internet from a Council supplier and the process of approval, ordering, billing and payment is handled electronically.

iProcurement is the corporate procurement system that is used to deliver eProcurement within the Council. Oracle iProcurement is an electronic purchasing system integrated within the Council financial management system and is one of the key systems, as well as general ledger, accounts payable, cash management and fixed assets; that the Council uses to deliver the financial management operations of its business.
