Early Intervention

Early intervention is a service provided by the Employee Support team.  They provide a listening ear to employees and will signpost them to appropriate support and resources.  Accessing support at an early stage can sometimes result in a person feeling better quicker and supports good mental health.

Employees can contact the Employee Support team whether they are at work or absent from work. Employees who are absent due to a psychological issue, will be automatically referred and contacted by the Employee Support team.
