We are interested in the health and welfare of all of our employees and confidential advice and assistance is available on a range of issues.

You can get help on the following problems:

• coping with stress;
• addiction problems such as alcohol, gambling or drugs;
• bereavement counselling;
• financial management;
• harassment, victimisation or bullying at work;
• disability issues.

Your manager only needs to know that you would like time off for an appointment and, after that, anything you say is confidential unless you agree that your Resource is advised, perhaps because you have a problem which is work related.
