Employee support
The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offers practical and emotional support for all Council employees. Whether the issue is personal or work related there may be assistance within the EAP which could help. The EAP can also assist managers in supporting their employees with difficult or sensitive issues.
The EAP consists of the following employee supports:

- Employee counselling
- Physiotherapy
- Occupational health support
