Have your say on future service delivery

Let's talk South Lanarkshire

There are just six days left for you to have your say on how public services are delivered in South Lanarkshire.

The council and South Lanarkshire Community Planning Partnership (CPP) have commissioned a survey to find out people’s views.

And the council’s community engagement team have been visiting towns across South Lanarkshire over the past few weeks, encouraging people to take part in the survey. They will also be out and about over the next week prior to the survey closing on Sunday, 8 August.

If you haven’t had a chance to meet the team, the survey can be accessed online at: https://wh1.snapsurveys.com/s.asp?k=161728638338&

Chair of the CPP and Depute Leader of the council, Councillor Maureen Chalmers, said: “Community planning is about how public bodies work together, and with local communities, to design and deliver better services that make a real difference to people's lives.

“We would like to hear from you about what is working well in the area, and what our priorities for delivery in the future should be.

“We will hold more conversations with communities this year and produce a new plan for the council and Partnership based on what you tell us.

“Please take some time to complete the survey and tell us your views – it’s your community and no-one knows the area better than the people that live in it.”
