Workforce strategy

As an organisation we face many challenges.  These may be external, such as government legislation or economic trends, or they may be internal, such as the loss or change in skills and experience through labour turnover, service requirements, workforce changes or forthcoming retirements.

Our workforce strategy will help us:

• Profile the current workforce annually and carry out analysis and comparison on workforce data;
• Target areas for further analysis and identify potential gaps in skills and service provision;
• Understand the current and future workforce changes and challenges.
