Consultation corner

In line with the legal obligations placed upon the council to consult employees and Trade Unions on a range of matters, this page contains links to documents that are being proposed for inclusion in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Comments are welcome from any employee or TU representative and can be directed to the general email address healthandsafety@southlanarkshire.gov.uk.

The closing date for consultation comments is included in the link title. For example the document entitled “No Smoking Policy – by 31-12-23” seeks thoughts and comments by the close of business on the 31 December 2023.
