Resource Service Plan Project Team

The Resource Service Plan Team is responsible for planning, managing and effectively delivering the priority ICT projects and programmes of work identified by senior Managers and Heads of Service within each Council Resource.

These are non-CMT Theme related projects or programmes and are variable in both size and complexity delivering positive business outcomes for the Council.

The Team consists of 5 Project Managers under the Resource Service Plan Business Systems Manager, who are assigned specifically to a Council Resource or business area as follows:
