CMT Priority Themes Project Team
This section is responsible for effectively and efficiently delivering a range of IT Projects that the Council’s Corporate Management Team have prioritised to transform the Council’s business. Whilst projects vary in complexity, they spread across five main themes
| Mobile and Agile Working | Implement Mobile & Agile Working solutions to deliver more efficient operations in Home Care and other services |
| Customer Contact and Transactional Working | Deliver IT solutions to support Customer Contact programme |
| EDRMS & Electronic Information Management | Replace EDRMS systems and deliver roadmap to support effective and efficient use of information assets |
| Business Transformation & Productivity | Deliver IT solutions to support outcomes of Service reviews throughout the Council. |
| Integrated Health & Social Care | Support major business transformation in respect of Integrated Health and Social Care. |
