Throughcare and Aftercare
Local Social Work offices provide throughcare and aftercare services to young people approaching school leaving age that have been looked after and accommodated by South Lanarkshire Council.
Young people looked after at home can also be given advice, guidance or support and this can be accessed through their social worker.
This is a targeted service that can only be accessed through local Social Work offices.
Staff working with young people can access the Pathways Handbook and materials from the Scottish Government.
