Adam Deuchar is responsible for the monitoring, updating and development of both the intranet and the external website for Housing and Technical Resources. Your contact is Adam Deuchar who works closely with the Digital team in developing both the intranet and the internet including online forms.

Intranet

The intranet is as a helpful tool in your working day. There is scope to communicate with each other, undertake transactions and share information. There are also areas for posting council wide information, reducing the need to circulate global emails. We have a news area that can be utilised to inform staff of changes in processes, new policies and procedures and what's new within your Service. 

We aim to use the intranet to carry out online processes as much as possible and have successfully introduced forms for Housing Officers to use to make requests for services so now it's streamlined. We continue to develop these areas and If you have a suggestion of how your area of business would like to use it please get in touch.
