Property Services

The Head of Property Services is Craig Jardine. This service has many responsibilities including working with all the Resources to develop, design, procure and, where appropriate, deliver property construction programmes and maintenance works, including the out-of-hours repairs service.

Property Services are responsible for the following areas:

• Estates (properties for sale and lease)
• Repairs
• Factoring
• Building Insurance
• Energy efficiency projects
• Housing investment programme
• Landlord registration
• Lifecycle maintenance
• New build housing programme
• Non housing projects
• Gas/solid fuel/oil servicing and maintenance
