The IT Service Centre is a one stop shop for providing support for the Council's IT customers.

Hours of operation

Monday to Thursday - 8am to 4.45pm
Friday - 8am - 4.15pm

Before contacting the IT Service Centre you can check to see if your problem/query is already answered within the IT Service Centre IT troubleshooting or "how to" guidance documents.

When calling please have the following information available:

• Contact name
• Location
• Phone number
• Inventory number of faulty equipment e.g. CL23456
• Description of fault and any error message
• How many people are affected by this fault
