Schedule of Terms and Conditions

All employees have an employment contract with us. A contract is an agreement that sets out your:

• employment conditions
• rights
• responsibilities
• duties

These are called the Schedule of Terms and Conditions.  There are different Terms and Conditions that apply to different jobs within the Council, this may be due to differing public holidays, leave entitlements etc.
