New - Housing Services and Property Services Integrated Management System

Housing and Property Services have approved the use of iGrafx Document Management System to hold and store their Procedures and process maps.

The changeover will take place on 1 April 2019 and you will be required to use the Quality icon on your computer desktop. This information is only available to Housing and Technical Resources staff.

If you have not used this new area before, we suggest you take a few minutes to look at the instructions that were given as a staff briefing showing the steps you use to access the information or documents you are looking for.

Please note that you are not able to search for any of the documentation held in this area.  If you have any queries please contact Joe McGhee directly.
