Organisational development

The Continuous Improvement Steering Group have overall responsibility for sharing approaches, experience and good practice in organisational development and customer service, as well as having responsibility for the following:

• lean Management
• External Awards
• Corporate Standards
• Consultation
• Reward and Recognition
• Customer Care – policy and practice
• Corporate Complaints
• Shared Services

The steering group has representatives from all Resources and is chaired by the Executive Director, Finance and Corporate Resources.
