General queries can be raised through the Oracle Fusion HR Helpdesk. This will allow you raise queries with Personnel and track the response.

We also have a number of telephone helplines which you can call to receive general advice and guidance on personnel, health and safety and learning and development queries. If you have been dealing with a particular personnel team member on a specific issue, you should continue to work with them on that matter.
